Delete your CheckerFit account
You can delete your CheckerFit account and its data at any time. This page explains how and what happens.
If you are a client
- In the CheckerFit app: on your home screen, tap "Delete my account".
- On the web: sign in at checkerfit.com/app and choose "Delete my account" (in Account, or at the end of your page).
- Or write to privacy@checkerfit.com from the email you use with CheckerFit. If you only use Discord and have no email with us, write from any address: we confirm it is you with a direct message to your Discord account from the CheckerFit bot.
What happens
Your coaching ends at once (with every coach you have on CheckerFit) and your coach is told.
Seven days later (or within hours after that day) your profile, check-ins, photos (and the measurements and readings derived from them), health information, plans, reports, chat messages and sign-in details are erased for good. During those seven days you can change your mind by writing to privacy@checkerfit.com.
When the erasure is done you receive a confirmation at your sign-in email, and then that address is erased too.
What is kept, without any link to you
The record that a consent was given (version, date, fingerprint of the text) and of your coach’s approvals, kept for the limitation period for claims; technical logs for 90 days; backups rotate within 7 days. Copies held by service providers under their own retention are covered in the Privacy Policy.
If you are a coach
Write to privacy@checkerfit.com from the email of your coach account. We confirm it is you and answer within 30 days; your account, and the data of the clients you still have, follow the erasure schedule in the Privacy Policy.
