Website privacy notice
This website collects almost nothing.
This notice covers the CheckerFit website only. It is operated by Roman & Goderich Investment LLC, Florida, USA. The CheckerFit product — the Discord bot, check-ins and reports — is covered separately, by the data consent you and your clients accept in Discord before sharing any data with it.
What this site does not do
- No cookies.
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags.
- No forms: the site does not ask for your name, email or anything else.
- No third-party requests: fonts and scripts are served from this site.
Server logs
Our web server records, for each request, the method, the page requested, the response status and how long it took. It does not record your IP address or browser details. To limit excessive requests, the server holds your IP address in memory for one minute; it is not written anywhere.
The site is hosted on Railway, which handles your connection, and Cloudflare answers the DNS lookup for this domain. Like any hosting or DNS provider, both keep their own logs, which can include your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
Links to Discord
The “Join the beta” buttons open Discord. Once you are there, Discord’s privacy policy applies, and what you share with CheckerFit there is covered by the product’s data consent.
