Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Applies to the consumer health data of clients of a coach who uses CheckerFit. It complements the Privacy Policy; where they differ for health data, this policy applies.
1. Who we are

2. What consumer health data we collect
- The injuries, medical conditions, medications and allergies you choose to declare.
- Height, weight, body measurements, biological sex and goals.
- Sleep, stress, alcohol use and dietary restrictions.
- Weekly adherence, training load and the notes you write.
- Check-in photos and the measurements and readings derived from them (also covered by your written release).
- The supplements and training information you choose to declare.
- The health information you write to your coach in the chat.
3. Why we collect and use it
Only to provide the coaching service you signed up for: so your coach can build, review and adjust your plan; to calculate calories and macros with fixed formulas; to produce AI-assisted readings that your coach reviews and approves before you see them; and to build your reports and show your progress. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Where it comes from
From you (your intake, check-ins, photos and messages) and from what is calculated or derived from that data. We do not buy health data or receive it from other sources.
5. Who we share it with
- Your coach.
- CheckerFit support staff, only when you or your coach ask for help.
- Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: Supabase, Cloudflare, Railway, n8n, Anthropic, CloudConvert and Resend (current list and what each one receives: List of subprocessors).
- Discord (Discord Inc.), the chat platform many coaches use: if your coach uses it, CheckerFit sends your coach there the notices of your check-ins with your AI reading and your plan for review; if you use it, what you type there (weekly form, intake answers, messages) goes through Discord, and CheckerFit posts in your private channel the notices and the text of the readings your coach approved for you (such as your progress readings). CheckerFit does not post your photos to Discord. Discord keeps what it receives under its own terms; CheckerFit cannot erase it for you.
We have no affiliates that receive health data. We never sell it, never give it to data brokers and never share it with other coaches or clients.
6. Your consent
Before we collect your health data you give two separate consents: one to collect it and one to share it with the recipients above. Each is recorded with its version, the fingerprint of the text you saw, the language and the date. You can withdraw them at any time by writing to privacy@checkerfit.com: withdrawing either one withdraws both, from then on no new health data is collected or shared and coaching stops, and your request is handled as an erasure request.
7. Your rights
- To confirm whether we collect or share your health data, and to get a copy of it and the list of everyone it was shared with.
- To have it deleted, following the schedule in the Privacy Policy; copies held by our service providers are deleted as their terms allow (see the List of subprocessors).
- To withdraw your consent.
Write to privacy@checkerfit.com. We confirm it is you with the email registered with your coach or, if you have none, through your coach. We answer within 45 days; when that is not enough we can extend it once by 45 more days and tell you why. If we decline a request you can appeal by replying to our answer: the appeal is reviewed by someone who did not take the first decision and answered within 45 days. Exercising your rights never changes the price or quality of the service.
8. Changes
A change to this policy is a new version with its own date. When a change affects what we collect or share, we ask for your consent again before it applies to you.
